1. The service

Hello2027 AI ("we", "us") at hello2027ai.com lets you upload photos and generate short AI videos, such as New Year 2027 greeting videos ("Outputs"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms.

2. Merchant of record

All purchases are processed by Creem, which acts as our merchant of record. Creem is the seller of record for your order, handles payment processing, invoices and applicable sales tax/VAT, and its own terms apply to the payment. Your card details are handled by Creem and its payment partners, not by us.

3. Your content and consent

You may only upload images you own or have the right to use. If an image shows a real person, you confirm you have that person's permission (or a parent's or guardian's permission for anyone under 18) to create an AI video of them. You must be at least 18, or have a parent's or guardian's consent, to use the service.

4. Prohibited use

• Nudity, sexual or sexually suggestive content of any kind; any content involving minors in a sexual or suggestive context (reported to authorities).
• Images of public figures or anyone without their consent; impersonation, or deepfakes meant to deceive, harass, defame or defraud.
• Violence, hate, self-harm, illegal activity, or content that infringes others' rights.
• Automated or bulk access, reselling, or attempts to get around limits.

We and our AI provider may automatically filter inputs and outputs. We may refuse jobs, remove content, or suspend accounts that break these rules; credits used for prohibited content are not refunded.

5. Outputs

Subject to these Terms and our AI provider's terms, you may use your Outputs for personal and commercial purposes. AI results vary and may contain artifacts; we do not guarantee a particular result. Outputs are stored for 7 days and then deleted, so please download the videos you want to keep.

6. Credits and payment

Credits are sold in one-time packs (no subscription), do not expire, and have no cash value. One credit makes one video. New accounts receive 1 free credit. If a generation fails, its credit is returned to your account automatically. Refunds are described in the Refund Policy.

7. Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

8. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms and will change the effective date above; continued use means you accept the update. Questions: djlen@qq.com.
