Data controller: Hello2027 AI (operated by CHEN LEI, individual developer, China). Contact: djlen@qq.com
What we collect
- Your email address, used to sign you in with a one-time code and to contact you about your account.
- The photos and optional prompt you upload, and the videos generated from them.
- Your credit balance and purchase records (pack, amount, order ID).
- Basic technical data (IP address, browser) for security and rate limiting.
- Payment data is collected by Creem, our merchant of record. We never see or store your full card number.
How we use it
Only to provide the service, prevent abuse, and contact you about your account or purchases. We do not sell your data, we do not show ads, and we do not use your photos or videos to train AI models.
Who we share it with
- AI video provider (MiniMax): your photo and prompt are sent to MiniMax's video API solely to generate your video. Their own data-handling terms apply to the copy they process.
- Creem (merchant of record): processes payments, invoices and tax.
- Hosting: our server provider, where the service runs (United States).
How long we keep it
- Uploaded photos: automatically deleted from our server about 24 hours after upload (a cleanup job checks every hour).
- Generated videos: automatically deleted 7 days after they are created.
- Account email, credit history and purchase records: kept while your account exists and as required for accounting.
You can ask us to delete your photos, videos or whole account earlier by emailing us.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time at djlen@qq.com. Depending on where you live (for example the EU/UK under GDPR or California under CCPA) you may have additional rights, including the right to complain to a data protection authority.
Cookies
We use one essential session cookie to keep you signed in. No advertising or tracking cookies.
Children
The service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
